Tyrese told the Web site Movies Online that he was unable to make an appearance in the forthcoming "Fast and Furious" because he has prior commitments to shoot "Transformers 2."
Meanwhile, Diesel tells ComingSoon.net that he is directing a 20-minute prequel to the upcoming "Fast and Furious," which is set to open June 5, 2009, via Universal Pictures.
