LOL: Have I been downgraded to FWB?

Dear LOL,
Your thoughts will be appreciated. Thank you, I need to write and for somebody to listen :) So just a summary, because I've written many ...

My girlfriend of 9 months cheated on me with a LDR(long distance relarionship) in another state on her computer and skype. I don't think the girl knows about me. I confronted her and asked her to choose one. She denied everything,so I left and a few days later she texted me.

I deleted the texts but she basically said that I gave up on her and that she never asked for more and that if I wanted we could have a FWB(friends with benefits). I asked for her to tell me what is going on with the other girl and she said "we can have a FWB but I'm not saying nothing else, when I'm with you,I will be with you and if you ever need help, I will help."

I don't understand why she said that I gave up on her, and I told her that she was the one that gave me up for somebody else.

At first I told her I would think about it, that was yesterday, but today, I don't want to see her nor talk to her ever again.

What are your thoughts? Thanks ...
